The Digital Library of Intangible Cultural Heritage was created in collaboration with the Folk Music and Dance Club of Glyfada “Xorostasi”.

It is an application that collects and presents in an interactive way the rich cultural material accompanying each area of interest, highlighting the depth and variety of Greek traditional culture.

Each storymap brings together descriptions of the music and dance tradition, local customs and events, photographic and audio-visual material, as well as dance moments from Xorostasi’s performances. The idea, design and implementation of the application was carried out by Spotin. The selection of resources – bibliography, research, on-site recordings, interviews, photographic archives and audiovisual material – was carried out by Mr. Giorgos Velissaropoulos.

The content is dynamic and the library is regularly enriched with new topics and regions.
